Let’s get to the benefits
Since BRMT goes back to foundational neural development, incorporating these movements into any routine (daily or therapeutic) can transform your life.
Rhythmic Movement Training has the capacity to help individuals of all ages with sensory, motor, learning or attention problems, autism or ADD/ADHD, and adults with muscle tension and joint pain, as well as a wide variety of other complaints and challenges.
For Infants and toddlers
BRMT for infants is about moving through developmental milestones, addressing developmental delays, and creating a deep nurturing bond with your child. It is used both as an early intervention technique and to prevent cognitive, vision and motor challenges from appearing in early childhood.
For Kids and teens
Attention disorders, emotional regulation issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, learning, reading or vision concerns are more common than ever, but they don’t have to be the new norm. Primitive reflex integration is the holistic solution for kids and young adults looking to enhance their academic, athletic, and personal lives.
Many adults experience stress, muscle tension, pain, fixations, bad posture, sleep disorders, poor digestion, low energy, fear and anxiety. Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training can alleviate all of these symptoms of emotional and physical stress to improve overall well-being, memory, and energy levels in adults.
As we age, we may experience increased joint pain and fixations, loss of mobility, insomnia, memory lapses, and loss of visual acuity. Many seniors accept pain as inevitable. However, by creating new neural connections and integrating primitive reflexes, we can slow and sometimes reverse the most undesirable parts of the aging process.
BRMT was developed as a tool for therapists and for parents as a home program. Many of our students work with infants and/or children. we’ve also brought this therapy to schools, clinics and assisted living facilities, for any age group, family or community looking to make a holistic health care change.
