The course will be taught online by Kate Wagner. It will be held 1x per week from 6:30-8:30 EST starting Monday, March 14th. It will be a small group with a lot of flexibility - contact Kate at brmtusa@gmail.com if you are interested in joining!
Level Two provides a deep look into our body’s fear and stress reflexes, including the Moro, Fear Paralysis, Spinal Perez, and Tendon Guard reflexes. Students will learn detailed techniques to integrate these reflexes, address and overcome personal life stressors to achieve a goal with 2 balance formats, and increase the resilience of the central nervous system.
