How this course is taught

This is a live, 16-hour course held over two days. You will receive a comprehensive printed manual to write in and keep.

You will begin with a full postural assessment and reflex testing on day one — and repeat it on day two, so you can see and feel the changes in your own body across the course. You will practice every movement with other participants, receive real-time feedback on rhythm, pressure, and hand position, and leave able to use this work immediately.

BRMT is an educational model. It is something we do with a person, never to them. Throughout the course you will practice checking in, observing shifts, and listening with your hands, eyes, ears, and heart. We do not judge, diagnose, or label.

We all have active reflexes — and we celebrate that. They are an opportunity to grow.
